In 2023, Sunwoon became the first Korean law firm to sign an MOU with Low & Partners, a Malaysian law firm, thereby supporting Korean companies’ entry into the Southeast Asian market and providing diverse legal services, including litigation related to Malaysian investment funds.
This MOU was signed with the aim of establishing a cooperative framework to effectively provide the legal services required by Korean companies entering Vietnam through local legal advisory support.
