Sunwoon Law Firm(Managing Partner: Attorney Dongik Lee) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korean Senior Citizens Association (KSCA) Central Headquarters on May 13, 2025, in Jung-gu, Seoul. This MOU was executed to establish a framework for mutual cooperation, including legal advisory services and educational support for senior citizens.
Through this agreement, Sunwoon plans to provide more specialized and systematic legal services tailored to the protection of elderly rights. In particular, the firm will offer practical, customized legal advice on common issues faced by seniors—such as asset management, inheritance and gifts, guardianship, and taxation—while establishing a specialized legal consultation system to support the stable lives of the elderly population.
Sunwoon Law Firm will continue to develop legal support measures tailored to an aging society and strengthen its role as a law firm that fulfills its social responsibility.
